The Bianco Illivio from Livio Felluga is a wine that conveys the personality of the Colli Orientali del Friuli without resorting to showiness. Produced in a long-established wine area, it presents a restrained, refined profile where the balance between freshness and textural structure is immediately noticeable. In the glass it displays clarity and a presence that invites drinking. The production reflects attention in the vineyard and care aimed at the expressive purity of the wine.

On the nose there are impressions of ripe white fruit, floral hints and a subtle mineral note that accompanies the palate. On the palate it shows supporting acidity and a clean finish, suitable with seafood dishes, light fish preparations and vegetable starters. It is aimed at those seeking a characterful white, versatile at service and able to enhance typical regional flavours without overpowering their delicacy. Serve at around 10–12 °C.

Winery history
Founded by Livio Felluga in 1956 after the post‑war rebuilding; Livio is regarded as the 'patriarch' of Friulian winemaking (he died in the night between Dec 21–22, 2016). The estate is family‑run (children Maurizio, Filippo, Elda and Andrea). The wine 'Illivio' was created by his children in 1998 and dedicated to him for his 85th birthday.
Production philosophy
Terroir-focused approach: careful vineyard work, respect for the territory (Rosazzo) and pursuit of quality. The 'Carta Geografica' serves as a manifesto of regional identity; wines are elegant, age-worthy and strongly expressive of place.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the Rosazzo ridge and in the Colli Orientali del Friuli (province of Gorizia). Soils listed in technical sheets: marl and sandstone flysch of Eocene origin.
Awards and recognitions
