A fragrant, linear white, this Orvieto DOC Secco expresses a pleasant combination of freshness and softness. On the nose there are notes of white flowers and citrus zest, with a hint of white-fleshed fruit and a slight mineral streak that brings clarity to the profile. On the palate it is balanced: lively but not overpowering acidity, light to medium body, and a salinity that sustains the drink to a clean, pleasantly persistent finish. The character is essential, suited to those seeking a straightforward white with personality. The magnum format makes the wine perfect for convivial moments or to accompany informal dinners, maintaining freshness during service.

It pairs elegantly with seafood appetizers, light soups, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses; it also stands up well to pasta with delicate sauces. Serve very cold, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its aromatic vivacity and the cleanliness of the palate.

Winery history
The winery has been rooted in the Orvieto area since the late 19th century; official sources record the founding of Casa Vinicola Luigi Bigi in 1880. Originally based in the former Franciscan monastery "La Trinità," production was moved to more modern facilities in Ponte Giulio during the 20th century. The winery works with grapes from vineyards in the classic zone, notably the Vigneto Torricella on the hills overlooking Lago di Corbara; the appellation’s soils feature alluvial, sandy, volcanic and clay-rich characteristics, with vineyards situated at elevations ranging from 150 to 450 metres.
