Pairing Fish, light appetizers, Mediterranean dishes
Bouquet of ripe citrus and white flowers intertwined with light herbaceous and Mediterranean nuances, without aromatic excess. The freshness is lively and well balanced, internally supported by a medium-bodied structure that allows the wine to remain agile on the palate; the overall impression communicates precision and balance without feeling cold or banal. Rapitala's signature is recognizable in the expressive clarity and attention to detail; the sip remains linear, with a slight softness at the center that balances the acidity.

On the palate, sapidity takes over, supported by an acidic tension that lengthens the finish and delivers a pleasant, clean persistence. Ideal as an everyday table wine but also to accompany seafood starters, crudo, grilled fish and composed salads; it also works well with fresh cheeses and light Mediterranean dishes. Excellent as an aperitif and for convivial moments, it suits informal glasses while maintaining a pleasant drinkability even alongside slightly more flavorful preparations; serve chilled to highlight its saline note and characteristic clarity.
