Pairing Fish, seafood appetizers, light dishes
Pale straw yellow, this IGT white from the Valli di Porto Pino presents an immediate, honest profile: aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, citrus hints and a subtle herbaceous streak that recalls the coastal air. The palate is fresh and flowing, balanced between a good acidity and a discreet salinity that lengthens the finish; the structure remains slim yet present, with restrained roundness that brings out a pleasant persistence without weighing it down. It has a versatile character, suitable both as an aperitif and paired with delicate seafood dishes, composed salads or fresh cheeses; it expresses itself best served cool but not ice-cold, to leave room for the aromas.

It’s a wine that speaks of attentive simplicity: appealing for its transparency and easy drinkability, ideal for those seeking a white that is immediately approachable yet well defined.

Winery history
Masi's history is rooted in Valpolicella Classica. A historic family-owned estate, it has developed and enhanced the wines from dried grapes typical of the region. During the 20th century the company helped popularize practices such as ripasso and launched oenological research and experimentation to refine the appassimento technique and the quality of its Amarone and its high-end bottlings.
Production philosophy
It combines respect for local traditions and indigenous grape varieties with research and innovation in winemaking and in the appassimento process. The approach aims to express the Valpolicella territory through careful grape selection, the practice of appassimento and targeted oenological experimentation focused on quality improvement.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the Valpolicella Classica, in the province of Verona. The wines are closely linked to the local grape varieties and the area's traditional practices, particularly to typical wines such as Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella Ripasso.
