Bila-Haut Blanc - M. Chapoutier is a white wine produced in the Roussillon region of southern France by one of the most renowned and respected wineries, M. Chapoutier. This winery, known internationally for its production philosophy that places respect for the terroir and the adoption of biodynamic practices at its centre, has created in Bila-Haut Blanc a bright and lively expression of the region's native vines.

Produced mainly with Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu grapes, this wine reflects the richness and diversity of Roussillon, an area characterized by varied soils and an ideal climate for viticulture, which allows for wines of great character. The name "Bila-Haut" refers to the high quality of the vineyards located in the highest and sunniest parts of the region, where the grapes ripen excellently, developing complexity and aromatic intensity.

At sight, Bila-Haut Blanc has a brilliant straw yellow color, which anticipates the freshness and liveliness of the wine. On the nose, it opens with an intensely fruity and floral aromatic bouquet, where notes of white pulp fruit emerge, such as apple and pear, citrus accents and floral nuances, enriched by a light minerality that gives elegance and depth.

In the mouth, the wine is characterized by excellent freshness and nice acidity, which balance the aromatic richness and contribute to a sensation of pleasantness and drinkability. The texture is soft and harmonious, with a clean and persistent finish that leaves room for hints of fresh fruit and mineral touches.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood, light appetizers and fresh cheeses, the Bila-Haut Blanc - M. Chapoutier is a wine that invites conviviality, capable of enhancing the table with its freshness and its distinctive character.
