This choice allows us to highlight the varietal characteristics and terroir of the selected regions, which include cool areas such as the Adelaide Hills, Tumbarumba and Tasmania, known for producing exceptional quality Chardonnay.

At sight, Bin 311 Chardonnay has a light and brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, the wine offers a rich and sophisticated aromatic profile, with notes of citrus, white pulp fruit, flowers and a subtle mineral vein, accompanied by delicate hints of oak which enrich the bouquet without overpowering it.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced and refined, with a lively acidity that brings freshness and dynamism.
