Amber Beer with Sweet Salt from Cervia in Lager style.
With amber colors tending towards red, with a cloudy body given by the suspended yeasts. It is a beer with a lighter iota note than the house blonde, given by the Cervia salt, which releases great freshness on the palate. The savory note in this beer is attenuated, leaving room for a rich bouquet of ripe fruit and more evolved hints of toasting and spicy fragrances.
