Consumption Aperitif, cocktail, digestif
Distinct and straightforward in character, the Carlo Alberto Bitter of Turin presents a deep amber color and an intense yet balanced aromatic profile. On the nose there are notes of citrus peel, aromatic herbs and a slight bitter root that does not overpower; the sip confirms a balance between bitterness and freshness, with a firm body and lingering echoes that make way for a pleasant savory quality. The structure is designed to withstand mixing without losing freshness, maintaining clarity and cleanliness on the palate.

Served chilled, even simply with ice and soda, it works as an aperitif that stimulates the appetite, while in mixes it enhances more complex aromatics and adds depth to classic cocktails. Also excellent alongside cured meats and aged cheeses, it provides an interesting contrast with dark chocolate or almond-based desserts. Recommended dosage: moderate, so as not to overpower the other components; its presence is of substance, not of force.
