Bitter Martini, a liqueur that comes from an alcoholic infusion invented by Luigi Rossi in 1863, it is still produced today following the ancient original recipe. Its various ingredients, all natural, come together to give life to a taste rich in intense orange aromas and expertly balanced grassy, bitter and sweet notes.
The typical bright red color and the taste based on bitter herbs and woods have made barmen all over the world fall in love with it. It is the perfect base for the most internationally known cocktails.
The spicy taste of cardamom and cinnamon are highlighted by more delicate fragrances, such as rose and saffron. It is defined as a bittering aperitif, with a bright red color, whose sweet and citrus taste is pleasantly bitter and persistent.
