Il Blanc de Blancs Piemonte DOC Brut Metodo Classico di Cuvage è un raffinato spumante ricavato esclusivamente da uve a bacca bianca. La vinificazione con Metodo Classico conferisce a questo vino una complessità e una finezza superiori, grazie alla rifermentazione in bottiglia e al lungo affinamento sui lieviti. Al calice, si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante e un perlage fine e persistente.

All'olfatto, il bouquet è elegante e delicato, con profumi di fiori bianchi, agrumi e leggere note di frutta a polpa bianca come la mela verde. Sfumature di crosta di pane e lieviti aggiungono una dimensione olfattiva più complessa, ottenuta grazie al prolungato contatto con i lieviti durante il processo di affinamento.

Al palato, questo spumante si distingue per la sua freschezza e per una piacevole cremosità. La bollicina fine accarezza delicatamente il palato, esaltando una buona acidità che conferisce struttura e lunghezza al sorso. Note di frutta agrumata e leggere sensazioni minerali si amalgamano in un finale persistente e armonioso.

Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
