This Blanquette de Limoux Brut from Sieur d'Arques presents an immediate, clean profile: fine bubbles that enhance a lively freshness and well-balanced minerality. On the nose delicate notes of green apple, citron and white flowers emerge, accompanied by hints of bread crust that give depth without weighing it down.

On the palate the Brut’s dryness is balanced by a creamy softness and by acidity that supports the sip, lending lift and drinkability. The structure is lean but well-defined, ideal for those seeking balance without excess. The finish is clean, with good persistence, returning fruity notes and a slight mineral hint that invites the next glass. It’s a versatile bottle: it works well as an aperitif but pairs just as well with seafood, simple fish dishes and fresh cheeses; also excellent with summer appetizers. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, in flutes or small glasses to appreciate the freshness and the fine mousse by Sieur d'Arques.
