The Bolgheri Rosso DOC Adeo by Campo Alla Sughera is born in the heart of the Bolgheri denomination, an area renowned for its unique combination of maritime climate and mineral-rich soils, ideal for grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. This wine stands out for its natural balance, the result of careful vineyard work and aging in oak barrels that impart complexity and structure without overpowering the raw material.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby color, accompanied by aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes, and balsamic hints that add depth. On the palate, a pleasant softness emerges, with silky tannins and a lively freshness that makes its persistence harmonious. The Bolgheri Rosso Adeo pairs well with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing flavors without losing balance. A wine capable of expressing the authentic soul of the Bolgheri terroir.

Winery history
The project began in the 1990s following a careful zoning of the land carried out by the Knauf family. In 1998 the estate acquired around 20 hectares in Bolgheri and began production focused on the particular vocations of each cru. Over the years the estate has developed micro-parcels, technical collaborations and has progressively expanded the estate with new acquisitions documented through 2024.
Production philosophy
Precision viticulture based on pedoclimatic classification of soils and division into parcels; respect for the ecosystem through targeted practices and choices aimed at reducing impact. In the winery, selection and carefully calibrated aging are prioritized to enhance the expressiveness of the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, in a band midway between the sea and the hills: sandy and marly soils, a climate influenced by the sea breeze and sheltered from the cold temperature swings of the hills, which promotes balanced ripening and the Mediterranean characteristics typical of the Bolgheri appellation.
