The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe and grown in compliance with the biological balance of the vineyard, through low yields per vine. Thanks to this, there is a reduction in the environmental impact given a lower use of fertilizers and pesticides, and a great benefit to the quality of the grapes and our existence.
The vinification is in white and at a low temperature. Subsequently, dAfter a long stay on the lees and fermentation yeasts, the wine is bottled and aged a few months before being marketed.
In the glass it has an intense straw yellow color. The bouquet is heady and varied with the predominance of floral aromas and fruity hints of apple and citrus. In the mouth it is soft and polite, the pleasant taste that distinguishes it makes it a simple wine but still full of character.
Bologna Bianco is born from the fusion of the Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Bianco vines that give rise to a still white wine that from the very first sip reveals care, passion and respect for nature, characteristics that the winery particularly cares about. A versatile glass that, accompanied by fish and sushi dishes, gives splendid sensations.
