The Bonarda DOC by Giorgi is a red wine that enchants wine lovers with its liveliness and depth of aromas. Hailing from the Lombardy region, specifically from the Oltrepò Pavese area, it is a wine that reflects the rich winemaking tradition of this region.

This wine is primarily produced from the Croatina grape variety, locally known as Bonarda. The vines grow in clayey and calcareous soils, which impart an earth-oriented complexity and a robust structure to the wine. The vineyards are tended with traditional methods, maintaining a close connection with the land and its unique characteristics.

Visually, Giorgi's Bonarda DOC presents an intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, which heralds the distinctly fruity and persistent character of the wine. The nose opens with fragrances of ripe red fruits, such as blackberries and plums, mixed with spicy notes and a slightly herbaceous background.

On the palate, the wine is generous and full. The entry is soft, almost velvety, maintaining excellent balance thanks to a vibrant freshness and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly aromatic, with returns of fruit and spices.

Giorgi's Bonarda DOC is ideal to accompany flavorful dishes such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Its versatility also makes it suitable for everyday use, perfect for enriching the table with taste and Italian tradition.

This wine represents an excellent choice for those who wish to discover an authentic interpretation of the Bonarda varietal, expressed through the skilled hands and passion of the Giorgi winery. A true jewel of the Oltrepò Pavese that promises to delight the most demanding palates.
