Borgeri Bianco by Meletti Cavallari is born in the heart of Umbria, a land where the winemaking tradition intertwines with the vocation for elegant and refined white wines. Produced mainly from Grechetto and Trebbiano grapes, this wine represents a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. After careful fermentation and a short aging in steel, Borgeri Bianco preserves the liveliness of floral and fruity aromas, with delicate hints of citrus, green apple, and wildflowers. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a pleasant sapidity that invites another sip.

The production area, located on well-sunned hills with calcareous-clay soil, contributes to giving structure and a certain mineral character to the wine. Borgeri Bianco is ideal to pair with fish dishes, shellfish, or light appetizers, thus enhancing its freshness and finesse. A versatile wine capable of naturally accompanying moments of conviviality.
