In appearance, it presents a light straw yellow color, bright and inviting. On the nose, the Bourgogne Blanc Côte Chalonnaise reveals a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe fruits such as peach and pear, enriched with nuances of vanilla and a slight mineral hint. The palate is well-balanced, with a lively freshness that complements its creamy structure, making it extremely enjoyable to drink. The finish is long and persistent, with a beautiful harmony of fruity aromas and mineral accents.

This white wine is an excellent choice to serve as an aperitif, but it also pairs wonderfully with seafood, fish or chicken dishes, and soft cheese.
