The Bramasole Cortona DOC Syrah from La Braccesca is a red wine that honestly expresses the character of the Syrah variety within the Cortona appellation. In the glass it shows an intense ruby color, accompanied by aromas recalling red and black fruits, spicy notes and a discreet herbal nuance. On the palate it displays a well-defined structure, with present but smooth tannins and acidity that supports freshness; the finish is persistent without excess, leaving fruity and spicy echoes.

It lends itself to versatile pairings: roasted or grilled meats, mushroom-based dishes, matured cured meats and medium-aged cheeses highlight its balance. It is advisable to serve it at a slightly cool temperature for reds (around 16–18 °C) to appreciate its aromatic nuances. It is suitable for everyday situations as well as informal meals; those seeking further development can monitor its evolution in bottle without mandatory waiting.
