Brandy XO Roner is born in the enchanting valleys of Alto Adige, a land renowned for the production of high-quality spirits. This brandy is made from selected grapes through a slow traditional distillation, which maximizes the essence of the grape variety and the territory. The long aging in oak barrels gives this spirit a rich and enveloping character, with intense notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and sweet spices that harmoniously intertwine.

On the palate, it is soft and structured, with warm notes of toasted wood and a persistent finish that invites slow and thoughtful tasting. Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
