Casale del Bosco’s Brunello di Montalcino comes from vineyards nestled on the gentle hills of Montalcino, in the heart of Tuscany. Made exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, it expresses the character of the terroir through an intense, elegant and structured profile.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for at least 20 days. This is followed by 12 months of maturation in second-fill French oak barriques and a further 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks. The process is completed with at least 6 months of bottle aging.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby red color enhanced by garnet hues. On the nose, it reveals a complex, well-defined bouquet in which aromas of ripe berries intertwine with notes of anise and delicate hints of vanilla. The palate is warm and broad, supported by pronounced yet soft tannins and a long finish. Its structure suggests considerable aging potential.

It pairs elegantly with red meats, roasts and game dishes, especially pheasant and wild boar, including preparations enriched with mushrooms or truffle. It also pairs well with mature, full-flavored cheeses such as toma and Tuscan pecorino.
