The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Vigna del Fiore" from Fattoria dei Barbi is a sublime representation of Tuscan winemaking excellence. Made with 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes from the single vineyard "Vigna del Fiore," known for its particularly rich soil and optimal exposure which ensures perfect ripening.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods, with a long maceration of the grapes and fermentation managed with meticulous attention. Subsequently, the wine matures in oak barrels for a period of at least two years, followed by additional months in the bottle to refine its profile and ensure an unmatched aromatic complexity.

Upon tasting, the Brunello di Montalcino "Vigna del Fiore" displays a deep and bright ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a rich and intriguing bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by hints of violet, tobacco, and sweet spices resulting from its evolution in wood.

On the palate, the structure is robust yet harmonious. The presence of well-balanced tannins supports a full and persistent sip, which leads to a long and seductive finish. The complexity of flavors and its elegance make it an ideal partner for intense dishes like roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses.

The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG "Vigna del Fiore" from Fattoria dei Barbi is not just a wine, but a sensory experience that encapsulates the tradition, passion, and quality of Italian winemaking. A true gem for wine lovers seeking excellence and distinctive character in every glass.
