The Brut Réserve by Pol Roger, in its elegant 375 ml bottle, represents the emblem of the classic style of the famous Champagne house. Produced in the renowned Champagne region, this sparkling wine is born from a skillful combination of traditional grape varieties typical of the area, mainly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, which give the Brut Réserve a balance of freshness, structure, and finesse. After traditional bottle fermentation and a long aging on the lees, it develops an aromatic complexity characterized by delicate notes of ripe fruit, hints of brioche, toasted almonds, and a vibrant citrus freshness.

The balance between acidity and softness, combined with a fine and persistent perlage, makes this Champagne versatile, ideal both as a refined aperitif and paired with delicate seafood dishes, shellfish, or even light white meats. The 375 ml version is perfect for more intimate tasting moments without sacrificing the prestigious experience inherent in every bottle signed Pol Roger, a symbol of elegance and quality consistency in the Champenoise tradition.

Winery history
Founded in 1849 by Pol Roger, the house moved to Épernay in the early 1850s and is still managed by the family's descendants. During the 20th century the house consolidated its reputation, forging a historic link with Winston Churchill and developing a network of estate vineyards complemented by supplies selected from Grands e Premiers Crus. In recent decades the house has renovated its cellars and refreshed its image while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and long cellar aging.
Production philosophy
Pol Roger focuses on stylistic consistency and grape quality: separate vinifications by cru and variety, predominant use of steel and concrete, extended time on the lees and traditional riddling. Grape selection favors high-quality crus to preserve elegance, structure and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Based in Épernay, it sources grapes from its own vineyards and from growers in the main Champagne areas, including Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The Maison uses grapes from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites.
