Buio presents itself with a dark, compact appearance, typical of Carignano del Sulcis: intense aromas of ripe red fruit that give way to more Mediterranean and spicy notes without being overpowering. In the glass it shows good concentration and a clear but not heavy aromatic development; the profile is dominated by sensations of plum, dark cherry and a subtle aromatic herbaceous note that gives it lift. The overall impression is of an honest, straightforward wine, with a rustic tone that is elegantly restrained. On the palate it confirms body and structure, tannins present but well balanced, supported by solid freshness that keeps the wine lively and drinkable; the finish is medium-long with fruity echoes and a slightly saline hint.

In magnum it evolves slowly, making it ideal for a hearty table: it pairs with roasted meats, light game dishes or aged cheeses, but also holds up well to a barbecue of bold flavors. Serve at a controlled temperature to enjoy the perfect balance between warmth and freshness.
