The Sutto's Cabernet IGT delle Venezie is a captivating expression of the Cabernet varietal grown in the fertile lands of the Veneto region. This wine stands out for its characteristic balance between power and elegance, a tribute to the winemaking tradition of the Veneto region.

Color: The wine displays a deep ruby red color, with hints of garnet as it ages.
Nose: It is rich and complex on the nose, offering a bouquet of intense aromas. There are notes of ripe red fruits, such as blackberry and currant, which blend harmoniously with hints of aromatic herbs and a touch of green pepper.
Taste: On the palate, the Cabernet IGT delle Venezie is structured and robust, with a well-integrated and velvety tannic texture. The acidity is well balanced, leading to a persistent and pleasantly bitter finish, typical of Cabernet-based wines.

Vinification: The vinification of this Cabernet follows traditional methods, with maceration of the grapes allowing for a good extraction of color and tannins. This is followed by aging in oak barrels, which refines the organoleptic qualities of the wine, adding complexity and a light spicy note.

Recommended pairings: This Cabernet IGT delle Venezie from Sutto is perfect paired with red meats, like a succulent grilled steak or rich roasts. It also pairs well with aged cheeses and mushroom-based dishes.

A wine that encapsulates the essence of Cabernet in a unique territorial context, the Cabernet IGT delle Venezie is an excellent choice for lovers of structured and authentically deep red wines. An ideal companion for special occasions or simply to enjoy a moment of quality.
