The aging process takes place in wooden barrels, where the cachaca acquires delicate vanilla notes and a slight hint of spices, perfectly balancing the herbal freshness typical of the sugarcane variety. On the nose, intense aromas are perceived, with hints of tropical fruit and a touch of damp earth, while on the palate the drink is silky, with a balance between sweetness and a hint of acidity, ideal for accompanying traditional cocktails such as the Caipirinha or to be enjoyed neat.
