The long maturation takes place in selected wooden barrels, which impart an extraordinary aromatic complexity to the spirit: delicate notes of vanilla, honey, and sweet spices are perceived, balanced by an intense fruity character, with hints of apples and ripe pears typical of Alto Adige fruit. The persistence on the palate is soft and warm, perfect for those seeking a refined and enveloping sensory experience.
Caldiff 80 Jahre is excellent as a digestif after substantial meals, but it also proves ideal for moments of gustatory meditation, accompanied by dark chocolate or aged cheeses.

Distillation
