Mature apple and pear take the lead, with hints of fresh peel, a light note of cooked fruit and discreet aromas of vanilla and hazelnut from aging. It is not overly assertive, maintaining a balance between freshness and aromatic softness that invites a sip, showing a good contrast between the sweetness of the fruit and a slightly spicy undercurrent. A subtle thread of oak can also be perceived, supporting the aromatic profile without dominating it.

On the palate it reveals a soft, warm texture; the alcohol is present but well-rounded after four years of aging, giving body without weighing it down. The sip evolves with returning fruit notes, a fine savoriness and a toasted accent on the finish that lengthens the persistence. Perfect enjoyed neat at room temperature or slightly chilled; pairs well with aged cheeses, apple-based desserts and dark chocolate, or can elegantly close an informal dinner. Best appreciated in a wide glass that concentrates the aromas; also ideal as a digestif after hearty meals.
