Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows a deep ruby color with garnet highlights, and on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruit, rose petal and an earthy nuance that suggests depth. The signature is elegant without pretension: vibrant freshness, well-defined tannins and an acidic thread that supports the body without weighing it down. The magnum bottle amplifies the sense of calm evolution, making the sip more harmonious and inviting you to keep it in the cellar or to open it on important occasions.

On the palate it is convincing for its structure and longevity: the tannin is present but polished, the persistence is long and leaves a savory, slightly spiced return. It lends itself to great pairings with red meat, braised dishes, mushrooms and aged cheeses; it should be served at a controlled temperature and, when possible, decanted to give the more subtle aromas room to breathe. A Barolo that speaks of restraint and class, intended for those seeking complexity without ostentation.
