Carminium by Inama is a red wine identified on the label as Carménère and Colli Berici DOC. The grape name offers an initial guide, though it cannot replace tasting: Carménère can generally show dark fruit and spicy nuances, while their intensity and detail vary with the vintage and the bottle. Without further information, it is not possible to specify the vintage, ageing or particular characteristics of this wine. The most reliable approach is to taste it with curiosity and let the glass reveal its actual profile.

Depending on preference, it may be paired with roasted or grilled meats, flavourful vegetables, and medium- or long-aged cheeses. These are pairing suggestions, not a definite description of its taste: the best choice depends on the bottle and the preparation. To explore it, serve at a moderate temperature and allow it a few minutes in the glass. Observing how it develops can help reveal its aromas and texture without reaching a premature conclusion. A choice for those wishing to explore Carménère in a version associated with the Colli Berici DOC.

Winery history
The history of the Inama family is detailed on the official website. The family's presence in the world of wine is documented from the mid-20th century, with vineyard purchases on Monte Foscarino. In the 1990s the estate began bottling under labels such as Vulcaia and Vigneti di Foscarino. From the late 1990s it also developed red wine production in the Colli Berici, with a project dedicated to Carmenère that led to the creation of the Oratorio di San Lorenzo label. Over time the estate has acquired historic vineyards and opened the "Casa della Vigna" in the Colli Berici, expanding both its wine range and hospitality activities.
Production philosophy
The winery places the territory and the soil at the heart of its work: terroir guides decisions in the vineyard and in the cellar. It promotes ongoing technical improvement, regenerative viticulture practices, and an approach that values the distinctive qualities of the soils rather than the homogenization of grape varieties.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in the Soave Classico area and in the Colli Berici; registered office and principal operations in the San Bonifacio area.
