Carricante - Etna Bianco - Ammura is a white wine from the slopes of Etna, a unique territory suited to the cultivation of this Sicilian indigenous grape variety. The Etna Bianco designation highlights the volcanic origin of the soil, rich in minerals, which gives the wine a distinctive freshness and sapidity.

The Carricante used is grown in high-altitude vineyards, where the cool climate favors a slow ripening of the grapes, enhancing the balance between acidity and aromaticity. The aging takes place in stainless steel, preserving the purity of the aromas of citrus, white flowers, and light notes of lava stone, which can also be perceived on the palate with a pleasant persistence.

Ideal as a companion to dishes based on fish, seafood, and fresh cheeses, this Etna Bianco elegantly expresses the minerality and elegance of a unique terroir, establishing itself among the best interpreters of the indigenous Carricante.
