The Chablis Grand Régnard by Régnard is a wine that perfectly embodies the distinctive elegance, minerality and freshness of the best Chablis. Produced by one of the most respected houses in Chablis, Régnard stands out for its history and meticulous approach to viticulture and winemaking, which ensures high-quality wines that faithfully reflect the unique terroir of this famous Burgundy wine region.

Chablis Grand Régnard is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, chosen from vineyards located in some of the best plots of Chablis. These vineyards benefit from a particular climate and calcareous soils, rich in oyster fossils, which give the wine its unmistakable minerality and saline notes, much sought after by Chablis enthusiasts all over the world.

Winemaking and aging are designed to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. Chablis Grand Régnard is known for its ability to balance aromatic intensity and structure, while maintaining a freshness and liveliness that make it incredibly pleasant to drink.

Visually, the wine presents a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections that anticipate its freshness. On the nose, Chablis Grand Régnard offers a complex bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruits such as apple and pear, citrus accents, and a distinctive minerality reminiscent of flint and chalk, enriched by a light floral note.

In the mouth, the wine is lively and well balanced, with a crisp acidity that marries harmoniously with the flavors of fresh fruit and with that characteristic mineral vein that crosses the palate, leading to a long and satisfying finish that leaves a persistent sensation of cleanliness and freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif, Régnard's Chablis Grand Régnard is also an excellent accompaniment to a variety of dishes, especially seafood, oysters, grilled fish and fresh goat's cheeses. Its structure and elegance also make it a wine capable of aging well, developing further complex nuances as the years pass.

In summary, Régnard's Chablis Grand Régnard represents a superb expression of what Chablis can offer, combining winemaking tradition, a passion for quality and a deep respect for terroir, in a wine that delights and inspires.
