Smooth on the palate, the Chairman's Reserve Original opens with vibrant notes of molasses and exotic spices, followed by hints of vanilla, chocolate, and ripe tropical fruits. The blend of these flavors produces a perfect balance between sweetness and spiciness, making this rum incredibly enveloping and pleasantly lingering on the taste.
The color of the rum is intensely amber, with reflections that glow with a warm brightness when exposed to light. On the nose, the aroma is inviting, with a rich combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a slight smokiness of wood that anticipates the complexity of its flavor.
The Chairman's Reserve Original is ideal to be enjoyed neat, to fully appreciate its aromatic range. However, its versatility also makes it an excellent component for sophisticated cocktails where you want to add unmatched depth of flavor.
This rum is not just a drink, but a true sensory experience that leads lovers of distilled spirits to discover the secrets of the Caribbean through taste and smell. A must for connoisseurs and enthusiasts of superior quality rum.

Distillation
Blending of distillates produced in pot stills and in column stills (Coffey). Some specific releases indicate the use of Vendôme and John Dore pot stills for pot still components.
Ageing
Distillates are matured separately by batch and by still type in oak barrels (often ex-bourbon) and subsequently blended; the blend is then rested in wooden vats for several months. Some expressions (e.g. Forgotten Casks, Vintage) receive additional maturation periods or longer ageing and finishes in specific casks.
