Fine bubbles and immediate creaminess support an aromatic profile that recalls ripe citrus, crisp apple and light notes of toasted bread. The palate is balanced, sustained by a lively acidity that gives lift to the body without weighing it down; the texture is smooth, with a delicate sapidity and a persistence that leads to a slightly almond-tinged finish. On the nose there are also floral nuances and an overall sense of elegance that makes it approachable yet distinctive.

The Jeroboam format, housed in an elegant wooden case, makes the bottle ideal for convivial occasions and moments when you want stage presence as well as quality in the glass. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, and pair with crustacean dishes, baked fish preparations or soft cheeses; it works equally well as an aperitif to kick off an evening. The wooden case protects and enhances it as a gift, underlining its nature as something to be shared.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
