The effervescent elegance of Cattier's Brut Rosé Premier Cru is a sensory celebration rooted in the prestigious Champagne region. This exclusive rosé is the result of a meticulous selection of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes, sourced from Premier Cru classified vineyards in the picturesque Montagne de Reims region.

Visually, it presents a delicate pink color, highlighted by bright reflections and a fine, persistent perlage that hints at the quality and complexity of the product. On the nose, Cattier's Brut Rosé expresses a rich and inviting bouquet, with initial notes of small red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, followed by nuances of wildflowers and a light toastiness.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, bringing with it a delightful complexity of flavors. The palate is enveloped in refined creaminess with an impeccable balance between acidity and sugars, leaving room for a long and pleasant aromatic persistence. The harmony of flavors continues to develop, revealing layers of grains, mild spices, and a subtle minerality typical of the Premier Cru terroir.

Ideal for accompanying celebratory moments or as a refined aperitif. It amazes and delights when paired with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, as well as not-too-sweet desserts like a strawberry mousse or lemon sorbet.

This Cattier Brut Rosé Premier Cru champagne is not just a sip of luxury, but an experience that captures the purity and enthusiasm of the noble grapes from which it was born. A jewel to be discovered and savored slowly, allowing oneself to be indulged by its sophisticated freshness and complex elegance.

Country: France
Founded: 1918
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay
Clos du Moulin: historic 2.2-hectare parcel; a numbered, long-aged cuvée. Estate vineyards: approximately 33 hectares spread across Chigny‑les‑Roses, Ludes and Rilly‑la‑Montagne Production and ageing with extensive use of reserve wines and long periods on the lees. Deep cellars with significant storage capacity. Certified approach to sustainability
Winery history
The history of the Cattier family is documented from the first plantings in Chigny‑les‑Roses in 1625; the house began marketing its own bottles under the name Cattier at the end of the First World War. In the postwar period Jean Cattier bought and restored the Clos du Moulin, creating a single‑vineyard cuvée. Management has remained in the family for generations and, on the modern front, the family has also launched complementary projects such as the Armand de Brignac label. The main cellars are located in Rilly‑la‑Montagne and maintain long sequences of ageing sheltered in deep galleries.
Production philosophy
Enhancing the family heritage and the terroir of the Montagne de Reims with an approach based on extended cellar aging and viticultural practices geared toward sustainability. The house favors the use of reserve wines and prolonged lees contact to develop complexity and character in its cuvées.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are concentrated in the Montagne de Reims, particularly around Chigny‑les‑Roses, Ludes and Rilly‑la‑Montagne. They own the Clos du Moulin, a historic 'clos' situated on sunny slopes near Chigny‑les‑Roses.
