Elegant and luminous, this rosé Champagne stands out for a refined aromatic profile: just-ripe berries intertwine with delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus that enlivens the sip. The effervescence is fine and steady, giving a sensation of lightness that does not detract from the structure; the palate shows softness and a balanced body, supported by vibrant freshness and a sapidity that extends the finish without weighing it down. The balance between richness and brightness makes it immediate yet complex with every sip.

Well suited to moments of celebration but surprisingly versatile at the table: excellent with raw seafood, sushi and shellfish preparations, it also holds up well to flavorful poultry dishes or fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, in a flute or in a wide coupe to appreciate its aromas; it is a wine of character, refined in texture and pleasant to drink, capable of gracefully accompanying seasonal occasions and important dinners. Ideal as an elegant aperitif or for pairings that require a refined touch to the dish.

Winery history
