The Champagne Blanc de Blancs from Ruinart in the 375 ml format presents a pale straw colour with fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it opens with aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers and light bread-crust nuances, with a fresh, saline profile that accompanies the sip. On the palate it is marked by a lively tension, a balance between acidity and roundness and a bright finish that recalls the floral and citrus notes of the bouquet.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish and seafood dishes, light carpaccios, composed salads and fresh cheeses. The 375 ml demi-bottle is practical for two people or for those who want an extra glass without opening a full bottle; serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip-shaped glasses to enhance the aroma and fine effervescence. A balanced, versatile choice for convivial moments and more informal tastings.

Winery history
Founded on 1 September 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, inspired by the monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. In the 18th century the House acquired the underground crayères in Reims for ageing; the family became Ruinart de Brimont in 1817. The House continues its historic activity in Reims and the Champagne region.

Terroir and vineyards
Champagne region (France): grapes come mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Historic vineyards include Sillery (Grand Cru) and Taissy (Premier Cru). The historic crayères are dug beneath Reims.
