The "Champagne Blanc de Blancs AOC" in MAGNUM format (1.5 Liters) from the Jeandon winery represents a refined and pure expression of the Champagne terroir. This exceptional sparkling wine is produced exclusively with selected Chardonnay grapes, known for their ability to convey finesse, elegance, and a complex aromatic structure.

On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs reveals a bouquet of vibrant sensations with notes of citrus, white flowers, and delicate hints of toasted bread and hazelnut, a result of the long maturation on the yeasts. Each sip opens with impeccable freshness, characterized by a lively acidity that harmoniously balances with a creamy texture and a persistent minerality that testifies to the calcareous soil of origin.

On the palate, the wine is complex and layered, with a palette of flavors that include ripened lemon, green apple, hints of honey, and a lively touch of minerality that continues into a clean and lingering finish. The MAGNUM format not only ensures a better evolution of the wine but also makes it ideal for special occasions, capable of elevating every toast to an unforgettable experience.

Ideal to accompany high-class appetizers or refined dishes based on fish and seafood, the Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Jeandon is also perfect as the star of an elegant toast. Its presentation in a MAGNUM bottle also makes it a prestigious gift for wine lovers and connoisseurs of authorial Champagne.

Production philosophy
The estate favors a considered approach to viticulture: practices such as cover cropping of the parcels and the use of plant‑based compost to enrich the soils are implemented as part of vineyard management, with attention to grape quality and respect for the land.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Vallée de la Marne on calcareous-clay soils. They are spread across several parcels in the communes of Dormans, Trélou-sur-Marne, Vincelles, Verneuil and Bouquigny-Troissy, on slopes that enhance sun exposure and promote grape ripening.
