Elegant and composed, this Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs expresses unpretentious finesse: fine bubbles that accompany a weave of white flowers and citrus peel, with a discreet note of green apple and a slightly mineral undertone. The profile is lean but articulated, with vibrant acidity that supports the sip and a palate-cleansing sensation that leaves room for a well-calibrated softness; the finish is savory and persistent, ideal for those seeking a refined and direct Champagne.

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside delicate seafood dishes, it enhances oysters, shellfish and sushi without overpowering them; it is also well suited to accompany fish-based starters or fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, in a flute or a large glass to appreciate the fineness of the bubbles and the complexity of the aromas. A label that speaks of balance and lightness, conceived for convivial moments where the precision of the sip is the protagonist.

Winery history
Terroir and vineyards
