The Champagne Brut by Delamotte is celebrated for its elegance and finesse. This exquisite champagne comes from the historic Maison of Delamotte, located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, renowned for the exceptional quality of its Chardonnay.

The cuvée is composed of a meticulous selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Pinot Meunier, sourced from the most prestigious vineyards in the region. Fermentation and maturation take place in oak barrels, following the traditional méthode champenoise, which imparts the wine with finesse and complexity.

On the nose, the Champagne Brut by Delamotte offers an elegant bouquet with notes of green apple, citrus fruits, and white flowers, accompanied by an undertone of fresh yeast and toasted bread. On the palate, the wine reveals itself to be lively and fresh with a lovely acidity and a persistent mousse, leading to a long and clean finish with mineral nuances.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with delicate fish dishes, oysters, or simply as a celebration of special moments. With its well-balanced profile and sophisticated presence, the Champagne Brut by Delamotte is a stellar representative of the winemaking art of the Champagne region, suitable for true connoisseurs.

Winery history
Founded in 1760, Delamotte is one of the oldest Champagne houses. Its historic base is in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger and, over the course of the 20th century, its fate became linked with that of other local houses. Since 1988 it has been part of the Laurent‑Perrier group and shares history and resources with its sister house Salon.
Production philosophy
Delamotte’s work places terroir at the centre: wines built on the purity and freshness of Chardonnay, with respect for the vineyard and attention to naturalness. The range is deliberately limited and designed to be accessible yet refined, with the aim of enhancing pleasure and conviviality.
Terroir and vineyards
The cellars and production are based in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. The wines are made from grapes sourced from parcels in the Côte des Blancs, including Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Avize, Oger and Cramant, grown on the area's characteristic limestone soils.
