Elegant and immediate, this Champagne Brut Héritage Premier Cru from the maison Louis Brochet offers a balance centered on freshness and finesse. On the nose it reveals citrus notes (lemon, citron) and white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a slight hint of yeast and baking that adds complexity without weighing it down. The bubbles are fine and lively, supporting a lean but well-defined sip: brisk acidity and a slightly savory note outline its structure, making it suitable for those seeking precision and overall harmony.

On the palate it shows a compact texture, soft in warmer passages but with a clean, persistent aftertaste; the finish remains fresh, with a delicate trace of almond and bread crust. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs successfully with seafood, baked fish and fresh cheeses, yet also holds up well with more refined dishes. Serve chilled, in a flute or coupe, to appreciate its brilliance and elegant perlage.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
