Pairing Aperitifs, fish, shellfish, light dishes
Elegant and measured, this Jacquart Signature Brut Champagne presents fine perlage and a beautiful brightness in the glass. On the nose it reveals notes of green apple and ripe citrus, accompanied by light hints of bread crust and white flowers; the texture is taut and lively, with a fresh acidity that supports the sip without weighing it down. The profile is balanced, medium-bodied with subtle sapidity, and a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.

On the palate it shows controlled roundness and a clean flavor that makes it versatile: excellent as an aperitif but also able to stand up to pairings with seafood, grilled fish and shellfish dishes; it also works well with mildly spiced cuisine or delicate fried foods. Serve well chilled, around 8–10 °C, to appreciate its freshness and perlage. The box adds a touch of elegance, making this Champagne a practical choice for a gift or an informal celebration.
