Elegant and ready to enjoy, this Brut Champagne displays a fine perlage and a bright profile: fresh citrus, green apple and a light hint of toasted bread that fades into delicate floral notes. The palate is savory and well balanced, with a lively freshness that supports the central softness; the bubbles contribute to a dynamic yet controlled sensation, leaving a pleasant persistence reminiscent of bread crust and lemon zest.

The magnum format amplifies the sense of balance, ideal for convivial moments or as a classy aperitif; it also pairs well with shellfish, baked fish and soft cheeses. Serve chilled but not icy, to appreciate the texture of the flavors and the mineral tension. Open just before serving and pour into a flute to best capture the effervescence and aromas. A bottle designed for those looking for a versatile, fresh Champagne with controlled personality, able to accompany the table without overpowering it.
