This Cave Privée Rosé Champagne from Veuve Clicquot, vintage 1990, shows an antique-pink color with a fine perlage. On the nose it reveals ripe red fruit sensations, light bread-crust notes and a restrained mineral hint, always contained and harmonious. On the palate the effervescence is integrated, the structure balanced with subtle sapidity and recurring fruit that continues through the finish, providing measured pleasure.

The bottle is supplied in a wooden case, a practical solution for storage and presentation. Recommended serving temperature is cool but not too cold, around 8–10 °C, in large glasses to appreciate the aromas. It pairs with fish dishes, shellfish or soft cheeses, or as a wine for quiet tasting moments. For storage, prefer stable conditions of temperature and light; the wooden case helps limit environmental fluctuations.
