The Charles de Gaulle AOC Champagne from Drappier is a sophisticated tribute to one of the most emblematic figures in French history, General Charles de Gaulle. This champagne expresses a strong and decisive character, just like its namesake.

Produced by the renowned Drappier winery, located in the picturesque Champagne region, this masterpiece is the result of a careful selection of the finest Pinot Noir grapes, which make up 80% of the blend, complemented by a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The fermentation occurs partially in oak barrels, an element that adds extraordinary complexity to the structure of the wine.

Visually, the Charles de Gaulle Champagne presents with an elegant golden-yellow color and a very fine perlage promising a velvety and persistent sensation on the palate. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe fruits such as peaches and apricots emerge, with an undertone of spicy notes and subtle hints of brioche and vanilla, stemming from long maturation on the yeasts.

On the palate, this champagne impresses with its richness and complexity. The attack is vigorous and rich, evolving into a magnificent freshness that carries flavors of white pulp fruit, honey, and a light touch of citrus. The finish is long and memorable, with a beautiful minerality that reflects the unique terroir of this region.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Charles de Gaulle AOC Champagne also pairs beautifully with sophisticated dishes like lobster, caviar or a selection of soft cheeses. A tribute that goes beyond taste, celebrating history and tradition in every sip.
