Prodotto con uve Chardonnay selezionate, questo vino bianco tranquillo si distingue per la freschezza e la finezza delle sue note aromatiche. Al naso si percepiscono profumi raffinati di fiori bianchi, mela verde e agrumi delicati, con un leggero sentore di minerali che ricorda il territorio gessoso di Bouzy.

Winery history
A family-run estate passed down through generations: the Vesselle family continues a long winemaking tradition in Bouzy, currently managed by Delphine and David Vesselle. The house places particular emphasis on the area's historic vineyards and a flagship cuvée called "Le Petit Clos".
Production philosophy
Production focused on the quality of the terroir and environmental stewardship: in-house winemaking, pursuit of sustainable practices and attention to the typicity of the grapes to achieve distinct expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are spread across Bouzy, Loches-sur-Ource and, since the 2014 acquisition, also plots in Chouilly. The terroir is characterized by limestone soils and a strong suitability for Pinot Noir in the Bouzy parcels.
