The Champagne Extra Brut 2018 - Leclerc Briant is a refined specimen that expresses the elegance and tradition of the Maison Leclerc Briant. This champagne is composed of a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier grapes, grown with respect for the environment according to the principles of biodynamics. The 2018 harvest provided exceptionally high-quality grapes, which are reflected in the balance and complexity of the finished product.

With its bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, this champagne offers intense notes of fresh citrus, green apple, and fine yeasts on the nose, typical of an extended aging on the lees. On the palate, it reveals itself as dry and incisive, thanks to its pronounced acidity that harmoniously balances with a light creaminess. The fine and persistent bubbles lead to a clean and refreshing finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Champagne Extra Brut 2018 - Leclerc Briant pairs splendidly with fish or seafood dishes, making any occasion a special moment. This champagne not only represents an excellent choice for those who appreciate wines with a decisive character and a historic attention to quality, but also for those seeking a product made with a focus on sustainability.
