This Champagne Extra Brut Extra Old Edition 4 from Veuve Clicquot offers a dry, concentrated style with the house's recognizable signature. In the glass it shows fine, persistent mousse and a luminous straw colour. On the nose there are notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, a hint of yeast and light dried fruit aromas that support the whole without overpowering it. The low dosage favours tension and aromatic clarity, leaving room for freshness and a pleasant salinity.

On the palate it confirms a dry profile characterised by structure and drinkability; acidity supports the sip and the finish is long and dry. It is suitable both as an aperitif sparkling wine and to accompany fish dishes, shellfish or delicate preparations, as well as mild, not-too-strong soft cheeses. Recommended to serve cool, in large glasses to appreciate its aromas. Easy to pair, it shows a controlled and versatile personality.
