Pairing Aperitifs, seafood, light dishes
Elegant and measured, this Extra Brut Champagne from Jacquart’s Signature cuvée presents fine bubbles and a lovely tension on the palate. The profile is direct: citrus freshness well balanced by a biscuity note reminiscent of toasted bread, while salinity and a subtle mineral touch drive it toward a clean, persistent finish. The body is slim but convincing, with an energetic texture that keeps the palate lively and dry without weighing it down, with a nice brightness.

Versatile in pairing, it suits refined aperitif moments as well as light fish dishes, shellfish or cuisine featuring citrus and aromatic herbs; it also surprises with fresh cheeses or delicate savory preparations. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10 °C, to appreciate the freshness and aromatic precision. It is a stylish choice, able to accompany celebrations and gatherings with sobriety, offering a solid, reassuring sip without excess.
