The Champagne Grand Vintage Rosé 2016 from Moët is an elegant, restrained interpretation of a rosé vintage cuvée. In the glass it shows a pale pink colour and fine mousse; the bouquet offers aromas of red berries, white flowers and a hint of citrus, accompanied by subtle toasty notes that add complexity without overpowering. The fine bubbles support the structure, bringing freshness to the palate and balancing acidity and richness. The finish is harmonious and persistent, recalling the initial fruity scents.

Suitable for celebratory moments as well as a refined meal: it pairs well with fish, shellfish and dishes with white meat, and with soft cheeses. To best appreciate its character and aromas, serve chilled at 8–10 °C in a tulip glass; open shortly before service to preserve freshness. It is advisable to enjoy it over the next few years to follow the evolution of its nuances.
