This Premier Cru Champagne by Louis Brochet shows a fine, regular perlage and a bright pale straw color. In the glass it displays a fragrant profile: white-fleshed fruit and small flowers are accompanied by light biscuity and freshly baked bread notes, suggesting a certain aromatic depth without weighing it down. The palate is lively and silky, with fresh acidity that supports the structure; the sapidity adds drive and the texture remains elegant, with a persistence that leaves memories of almond and bread crust.

It is a versatile Champagne: it works well as an aperitif but also complements fish dishes, shellfish and delicate preparations, as well as soft cheeses. Recommended to serve chilled but not ice-cold, to fully appreciate its aroma and texture. A label that focuses on balance and purity on the palate, ideal for those seeking restrained elegance and suitable for both celebratory moments and convivial dinners or informal tastings.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
