Moët's Champagne Ice Impérial Rosé shows a bright pink colour with salmon highlights that catch the light. The bubbles are fine and persistent; on the nose it reveals aromas of small red fruits and delicate floral notes, accompanied by a hint of citrus freshness. On the palate it is balanced and smooth, with lively acidity that supports the sip and a pleasantly saline finish. The structure remains restrained and aimed at immediate enjoyment, without excess.

It works well as an aperitif and with fish dishes, shellfish and sushi, as well as light red-fruit desserts. The name also suggests enjoying it on ice; in such cases, it is advisable to moderate the temperature and serve it very cold, preferably in wide glasses that allow the aromas to open. For storage, keep it lying down in a cool, constant place away from light. Suitable for informal occasions and summer gatherings, it offers an approachable and versatile profile.
